At Casa Maria Gioielli, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates, tags, and accessories.
Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized jewelry
Engraved items
Special-order products
Gift cards
Final sale items

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to product availability. Contact us before returning your item to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Casa Maria Gioielli is not responsible for lost return shipments.
